Country megastar Garth Brooks hasn’t toured since 2000, telling the press at the time that he wanted to wait until his daughter went to college before hitting the road again. Since then, he’s been playing at the Wynn Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, but the hotel’s owner may have given up some interesting information on Brooks’ future plans.

TheBoot.com reports that Brooks’ boss Steve Wynn inadvertently hinted that Brooks would be planning a massive tour come 2014, the year that Brooks’ daughter is set to graduate from high school. Wynn told reporters that Brooks is “itching to get started on the world tour.” Brooks’ fans would likely get excited, too; at his peak in the 1990s, Brooks was country music’s biggest star and arguably the biggest music star on the planet.

When asked about the subject, Brooks denied that he had any plans for 2014 while insisting, as he did 12 years ago, that his kids come before his career.
