Cheap Trick’s At Budokhan album is generally regarded as one of the best live albums of all time, and it’s the album that made Rockford’s Finest into rock stars. 2013 marks the 35th anniversary of the album’s release, and Cheap Trick are celebrating with a series of shows in New York and Los Angeles, replicating the song list from the actual 1978 Budokhan concert.

The first show will be at the John Varvatos boutique in New York, the former home of the legendary CBGB’s rock club, on April 28th, followed by a performance at the El Rey in Los Angeles on April 30th. The NYC show will be broadcast live on Livestream.com, while the L.A. show will be shown live on AXS TV.
