The news comes after rumors of White and Young’s collaboration surfaced in January, rumors that both men were quick to dismiss. However, when Young’s album was confirmed to have been recorded at White’s low-tech studio in Nashville, suspicions were aroused again.

As for A Letter Home itself, Young was a bit non-committal about when the album would finally see the light of day. Young said that the album would be out “soon,” but he was quick to point out that “it’s not ready for prime time yet.”
