Philadelphia-based rockers The War On Drugs released a video for the acclaimed single “Red Eyes,” off of their upcoming album Lost in the Dream. The album was largely written and recorded during the band’s two-year long tour after the release of 2011’s Slave Ambient.
In the past, most of The War On Drugs’ songs have been written by the band’s frontman, Adam Granduciel, but for Lost in the Dream, Granduciel let other band members and guests help craft the songs as well. The result is a bigger, more direct sound, and a new direction for the band.
Lost in the Dream will be released March 18 from Secretly Canadian Records, and the band will kick off a nationwide tour the same week, before touring Europe in May.
