After months of being shrouded in relative mystery, we now know something about what Pink Floyd’s new album The Endless River will sound like. The song “Louder Than Words” hit radio this morning, and from all indications, it’s very much like latter-period Pink Floyd. The song’s gospel-tinged feel is boosted by Gilmour’s searing guitar work and some fantastic contributions from the late Richard Wright. You can listen to a radio rip of the song below:
