U2’s new album, Songs Of Innocence, is out now for people who actually want to buy it, and the band are out on a press tour/apology tour after their iPhone stunt. They kicked things off in the UK, where they performed some of Songs Of Innocence live for the first time on Later…With Jools Holland. Making their first appearance on the long-running show, the band played the booming, bombastic “Volcano” and a stripped-down version of “Every Breaking Wave.” Say what you will about the band, but they can still command a live audience like nobody else.
