The Beach Ball Bash, the annual festival by KRBZ (96.5FM), aka the Buzz, featured eight hours of music from 12 unique artists: Arctic Monkeys, Weezer, the 1975, BROODS, Bear Hands, the Mowgli’s, the Griswolds, J. Roddy Walston & The Business, Big Data, Meg Myers, Thumpers and Ume. The event was consumed by dark skies and constant worries of thunderstorms. Fears were quickly turned into a reality as fans were drenched with heavy rains and dropping temperatures, but that didn’t stop anyone from enjoying the performances that followed.
