The Flaming Lips just released their latest album, a song-by-song cover of The Beatles’ classic Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Given that this is the Flaming Lips, we can expect them to do more than just straight-foward covers of the original songs. The band brought their take on the Fab Four to ‘Conan,’ where they were joined by one of the album’s guest stars, Miley Cyrus. Their performance of “A Day In The Life” was…interesting, to say the least. You can watch it below:
