“The Who Hits 50!” is coming stateside.
Kicking off late November in Scotland, the tour that Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend are both claiming will be their last has been met with rave reviews. A glowing five star review from The Times (UK) is just one of many, stating; that “…their farewell tour finds them not only very much existing but also remaining the best live band in the world is nothing short of a miracle.”
On April 15, 2015, the boys will begin the first leg of their U.S. tour in Tampa, FL, working their way up the east coast. Leg two the following fall promises west coast and Canada dates, concluding November 4th in Philadelphia, PA.
For fans who can’t make the tour, or are just too excited to wait, the Who Hits 50! definitive song collection was released in October and includes the band’s brand new single, “Be Lucky.”
