John Oates (half of famed rock duo Hall & Oates) is set to display his award-winning talents as a singer/songwriter in an upcoming television special, Another Good Road, set to premiere Saturday,  January 24 at 9 P.M. on the Palladia music channel. Part documentary, part concert, the special is both a performance and an exploration of Oates’ musical roots and influences. Shot live in a Nashville studio without cuts or retakes, it promises to be an intimate look into Oates as a musician, capturing the intensity and chemistry between the performers, including many Nashville greats: Shane Theriot on guitar, Steve Mackey on bass, Kevin McKendree on keyboards and Johnny Richardson on drums.
