She can sing, she can act…is there anything that Dana Fuchs can’t do? The singer is likely best known for her role in Across The Universe and for her portrayal of Janis Joplin in the Broadway show Love, Janis, but there’s a lot more to Dana than that. Her albums, including the excellent Bliss Avenue, feature a bluesier side of Dana, with her inimitable voice taking center stage. The power of her recordings really comes out in a live setting, though; few artists can command a stage quite as well as Dana can.
