Cage The Elephant seem poised to have a killer 2015. The band’s last album, Melophobia, is still winning new fans each day, and the road warriors are set for a round of festival appearances this summer. What’s more, the band have a shot at winning their first-ever Grammy Award for Best Alternative Album. As such, the band seemed to be in a celebratory mood when they stopped by Conan to perform the standout Melophobia track “Cigarette Daydreams.” One of Melophobia‘s more meditative tracks, “Daydreams” builds slowly as the band–buoyed by a standout vocal performance from Matt Shultz–add more and more to the song.
