Today is a watershed moment for all Bob’s Burgers fans who have ever wondered: what music does Tina Belcher, eccentrically wonderful, boy crazy teen, listen to? Well, Sleater-Kinney of course.
The band, who made a recent comeback with their January release, No Cities to Love, made an animated music video for their single “A New Wave” with a little help from Bob’s Burgers and the Belcher family, proving that Carrie Brownstein, Corin Tucker and Janet Weiss are as sexy and badass in cartoon form as they are in real life.
The trio pops up in Tina’s room for an impromptu performance, complete with psychedelic lighting and the excellently adorable and exuberant dance stylings of the Belcher children. Now that’s a party.
