Alright, “destroy” may be a bit of an exaggeration but the former Hüsker Dü frontman and his band were so loud during their performance on Friday night’s episode of The Late Show With David Letterman that they shook dust from the rafters of the venerable Ed Sullivan Theater, as confirmed by bassist Jason Narducy. Mould, along with Narducy and drummer Jon Wurster, caused the commotion with their medley of “Tomorrow Morning” and “Kid With Crooked Face,” two songs from Mould’s 2014 album Beauty & Ruin.
