Seated in a dirty bedroom, clad in overalls and coke bottle glasses and adopting his usual clownish attitude, Canadian slacker rocker Mac DeMarco strums some power chords and sings, “See you this year at Field Day” in a new promo video released to coincide with the announcement of the London festival’s 2015 lineup. While the video doesn’t provide much in terms of information—or laughs, for that matter—the full lineup listed on the festival’s website shows that the weekend will be loaded with great acts.
In addition to DeMarco, Field Day will allow fans to watch such acts as headliners Caribou and Ride. Among the other notable artists and bands on the bill are Patti Smith, Ducktails, the Allah-Las, FKA Twigs, My Brightest Diamond, Run the Jewels, Owen Pallett, tUnE-yArDs, and others.
