Dubbed “the new face of the blues” by Blues Matters, singer/songwriter Joanne Shaw Taylor won “Best British Female Vocalist” for two consecutive years at the British Blues Awards after her 2008 debut album, White Sugar. Displaying an almost unrivaled virtuosity, Memphis-bred Eric Gale has drawn comparisons to Jimi Hendrix with his left-handed guitar playing. In February, the two teamed up for a smoking hot performance, wowing New York City crowds at the Iridium.
