Lydia Loveless has followed an interesting musical path: raised in a small Ohio town, Loveless’ early musical education came from her father, who owned a local country music bar. In her teenage years, though, she left for Columbus and immersed herself in punk rock. When the time came to make her own music, Lydia wrote songs infused with wild punk energy, but the country classicism of her upbringing shines through on her albums.
