The Rolling Stones are prepping the re-release of their classic album Sticky Fingers in June, and we’ve heard a few unearthed gems from the album’s recording sessions already. This week, the band released another outtake from the Sticky Fingers sessions, a version of “Bitch” that is considerably different than the version that ended up making the album’s final cut. The lyrics on this version are markedly different, with Mick Jagger removing many of the sardonic references from the final recording in favor of something more heartfelt, weirdly enough. This version also features an extended saxophone solo from the late Bobby Keys, which is always nice to hear. You can listen to the extended version of “Bitch” below:
