The New Orleans-based funk-rock sextet Flow Tribe is known for their groovy instrumentation, soulful vocals, and high energy performances. Last year, the group released Alligator White, a six-track EP, featuring the song “Won’t Be Long”.
Flow Tribe’s latest live performance of the track is an energetic, powerful party with Ed Williams of fellow New Orleans rock-soul band The Revivalists jamming with the group on pedal steel. “Won’t Be Long” has the seven men up on stage vibing off each other’s psychedelic beats while lead singer KC O’Rorke riled the crowd up by working the stage in a way that put his obvious passion in the limelight. With several instrumental jam breaks and an effervescent energy, Flow Tribe took “Won’t Be Long” to a new level.
