Washington D.C’s Jennifer Harper is set to release her latest EP, All The Love, and is now revealing her latest track, “Little White Lies.” Inspired by Cat Stevens, Simon & Garfunkel and the Beatles, to name a few, Harper performs pop/rock music with a lyrical spirit reminiscent of the 1970s.
Through her Carole King-esque vocal quality, Harper sings of love and woe, moving on from a past lover. “Little White Lies” is accompanied by riveting pop strings, caressing Harper’s gentle but confident plea that, “When I tell those little white lies, I lie for you.”
A classically trained pianist and a mother of three, Harper believes in music’s power to change and inspire people. “It’s ingrained in me to work for the greater good,” she said, “to inspire hope and courage in others.”
