Back in July, we premiered a track by Rochester-based singer/songwriter Adam Clark. Produced by Grammy-nominated producer David Schuler, we touted his track, “With You,” as a certified pop-hit, the kind you want to sing along to at the top of your lungs with your top down and the wind in your hair.

Now, Clark is coming at the song from a radically different angle, stripping it down into its bare bones for an acoustic take. Clark’s simple new music video features the singer and his guitar in the recording studio, spinning the track in a more vulnerable and heartfelt light. Without the heavy electronic production, Clark’s beseeching, romantic lyrics shine through at the heart of the video.
