New Orleans’ venerable Voodoo Music + Arts Experience, now in its 17th year, boasted a lineup as impressive and eclectic as ever. Friday saw indie rock, country, electronic, folk, hip hop and Americana from the likes of Jason Isbell, Ryan Bingham, Modest Mouse and beyond. Sunday, sadly was cancelled due to sever weather (but the festival did the right thing and offered refunds). And on Saturday, hard, out-of-control rock ruled the night as the likes of Ozzy Osbourne and Jane’s Addiction took the stage.
