It’s almost Christmas, and the Felice Brothers are in the spirit with a brand new Christmas album!
The EP, cheekily named Felice Navidad, is made up of five original tracks, perfect for when you grow tired of the same old holiday standards constantly on repeat. And trust us, this is not your typical “Jingle Bells,” from the bleak winter-blues of “Carriage” (“It’s Christmas and the snow’s falling down/On this shit-eating country town”) to “Country Ham,” with an accompanying video of the boys gleefully running through the grocery store, gathering food to donate to their local food bank.
All of the songs are delivered with the signature, bittersweet folk charm of the Felice Brothers, and you’ll surely find one or two to add to your permanent holiday playlist. It only costs $5 to download the tracks, and in the spirit of giving, all proceeds will go directly to the Food Bank of Hudson Valley, NY.
