Gregory Porter is known for his deep, buttery vocals and natural conviction (not to mention the hat that has become his trademark). The smooth jazz-soul vocalist even won the “Best Jazz Vocal Album” Grammy for his 2013 record, Liquid Spirit, and is proving he has the chops with even more fresh soul on his latest album, Take Me To The Alley, released a few weeks ago.

This summer, Porter’s heading out on a small tour where he’ll perform in 14 cities, even making an appearance at the Newport Jazz Festival.
